I've never seen such hatred for free servers since the past couple years. I've always liked them, hell I'm playing a Dark Age of Camelot free server now because retail is dead and AIDS. The new quests are really good and fun, they really help fill out the annoying downspots where you would have to grind mobs for no reason. Having played the beta to 20, I am convinced the people praising it are just desperate to justify spending 60 dollars to play it early (I got my beta key for free from a friend). It's literally just Classic with a few new talents and abilities, a few quests peppered in that blend in with the rest, and the 2 new dungeons I did were pretty bland and brought nothing new to the table. Even the profession changes, while nice from 1-10, quickly get outpaced by just doing dungeons and getting full blues pretty easily.The game will have a big launch with tons of people leveling to 60, and it will probably be a good time. But by the time the raids comes out,a lot of people will have bounced off the slow pace of the game. The raids won't hold people's attention for long. The game will slowly fizzle out until it has a niche audience much like later phase SoD had.
