It's like a 5/10, maybe a 4, and the points are entirely from presentation
Mechanically you don't really have much control over anything but what buildings to buy and where to build them and after that everything does its own things, you can get some spells that range from really strong to basically worthless and you can place bounties on things to try and get your citizens to do favor doing some shit over others but their AI is questionable at best
The characters are cute, the animations are cute, there's some funny shit like yandere units who turn into angry medusas if you don't look at them enough, but I don't recommend it because it barely even feels like a game at all with how little control you have

I see. I looked over the steam page and could really get an idea over what the gameplay is like. Thanks. Some of the assets look AI genned, but that could be schizoid programming kicking on.
