And I think that's entirely fair, because the only way you're getting that condition is if you overdose on coagulants (huffing way too much wound glue for example), you can't just randomly have it happen to you and die unfairly (except for the first time you huff too much wound glue accidentally, perhaps). A stroke might be a similar contender, as you need either procoagulant or braingrow to not die from it. But that's importantly 2 different solutions and it only happens if you way overexert yourself or sometimes when getting coiled, so it's punishing a mistake. I think the game's systems are fine and nice as they are, but if you were to add more medical autism you would need to have multiple solutions to the problems, and/or you could have a specific medicine be the perfect cure to a problem but have several other things that work to stave it off or fix it slowly, so you aren't totally fucked. It should also feel like you deserved to have that shit happen to you because you made a mistake or didn't monitor your vitals correctly. If an infection can just randomly turn into a systemic infection only curable with antibiotics, it doesn't feel that good.
