Okay that was intense sequence. Did Rockstar rip off Naughty Dog pacing / narrative. We driving now, driving is fucking good holy shit it's like if there's an easy mode or arcade mode for Asetto Corsa. Cockpit POV driving feels good, turning feels good, the tyre model and physics is amazing for a GTA game. Can't wait to get into a better car a 911 or some shit. You do crit damage for 10 seconds and that will bypass the gator's high defense. It's the only way to beat the gator this early. I think you're only supposed to fight it late-game when you're all buffed up from the muscle challenges and perma bonuses from other stuff. Like my Jason gets a Perception +2 from completing the Peeping Tom questline, so I'm sure there's other quest that'll give perma stat bonuses. Just don't get the bracelet quest early. It gives you a tatoo +2 Intimidate (-5 Def to others) but it also +10 to your Threat (more people are aggroed to you I think, like hostility level) I think that's bad for the undercover / covert / infiltrate mission. My Discord friend has troubles for completing the watch transaction mission in that fucking dumb favelan slum because his Jason attracts so many of the spics lol. Even the fucking random dogs are barking and growling at him.

There's so much fucking things to do Christ, it's only been 5 hrs but it felt like I've did 20hrs of side quests. The city is fucking alive, I got through the city from the mainline escape sequence and got to Jason's house and I've only been doing the outskirts shit by that shore and the slum near the sewers / skating park down the road. I think I'm finally seeing a boat you could use and I think this is how you unlock water travelling. It's either that or go into the bayou for another fucking long quest to unlock the water travels. My buddy did that he went up Northwest to white trash territory in that fleeing sequence. He's locked in that region for now but the discord peeps are saying the route is longer there but you unlock water travelling and monster trucks quicker there. In the default sequence I pick you get home earlier and while the boats / jet skis unlocks later, it unlocks the water planes the same time, you get involved with a washed off celeb / millionaire that has a plane and he lets you use it to fly him around coz he's a drunkard and he's based off like Bruce Campbell lol. I think the guy is like a fucking ex fed or spy and he's letting you use his stuff (the nice yacht) too for a sinister agenda typeshit. Maybe he's gonna sell us out to the cartel or the corrupt side of the feds later in the game. Maybe he's Mr.B. So far we've seen 3 Mr.B candidates according to disc. SPOILERS: The city is in a lockdown in the beginning, think of like Nolan's shit Batman and it's coz all the big crime gangs are working together for once, like one gang is robbing and armored truck containing fucking FIVE of their gang clan leaders and they're doing like the Fast Furious Rio vault scene at one side of the city and the other is a fake heist scene like Die Hard 3, but they're actually not heisting, they're kidnapping the mayor's family and fleeing towards the shore by boat and planes. Jason is involved in this bigger plans as a fed, and Lucia is just a small time shit trying the rob the convenience stores around the city in this fucking havoc, and they crossed path. This is the prologue of the game and you'll be fleeing together and has to make a decision on where to go, as you'll be locked there for a while. Then slowly the city starts opening up the borders again and you'll "unlock" the rest of the activities / areas etc, like you can't just run to the shore and steal a boat etc in the beginning. It's still early but I'm thinking this is a fucking ruse. I'm thinking the sequences in the beginning is actually the fucking climax or lategame shit that would happen later, which would then fucking lead us to the endgame. I'm thinking this early part we're playing, we'll get a timeskip shit in the middle, where both of them gets separated and reunited again, later in opposite sides. There's obviously something not right with Jason and I'm thinking be has amnesia or something or lost his ego or he has split identity like that #1 rule and #2 rule we do not talk about this movie typeshit going on.
