I noticed the Steam servers were unusually fucked the past couple of days, and it has stopped since I got this message. I clicked "cancel", exited Steam, relaunched Steam, didn't notice a difference, proceeded as usual, I just noticed today after rebooting my computer that it updated as usual.Nothing to worry about.
