I don't think you should be rewarded with a slightly scaled full combo (especially compared to a fatal B counter) because your opponent was too slow to react to the rps minigame (not to mention that it's one of the most abusable things that new players will probably get farmed by). I don't really have a comment about the MS stuff aside from agreeing about the damage. My monkey brain likes clashes, but I usually get shit on by people who actually know what they're doing and don't have the reaction time of a snail when they happen. Having specific properties on moves instead of just smothering everything in clash frames would be cool.

most of the buffs seem like pretty minor quality of life things, aside from hehe funny changes like avalon healing. The nerfs are good. I'm not sure what the extent of the universal jab nerf is and how much it will affect but it seems targeted at jab OSes so I'm glad because fuck that shit.Some characters didn't need what they got but I guess these little bumps are cool anyway.I'm unsure what all the stuff about moon skills at the start meant. Less cost when used in combos but also you gain more moon gauge in general? "Abandoned the mechanic that slows down the generation of moon drive when it is not activated" so you can just throw them out more now?
Shield counter damage is whatever, but not being able to reshield out of the B counter is gay.
Also the new stages are cool (even if none of them are technically new), but I wish they added more classic melty music with them.

Most known TL players are really that pissed with PCiel buffs it soured the mood towards the patch despite notable "good" changes. As her main, it's not that I'm going to stop playing PCiel, yet her being heavily perceived as "cheap" has put me into a bit of doubt whether I can enjoy maining her or not. I am aware of such cheapness and I know nobody likes being insta-shot by 236A, but I really do like her, her playstyle, and her stupid powerful normals.I will see if the patch will rack some chaos into the meta again but thanks to that stream, she is one hell of an enemy of the state right now, and possibly, the one who may kill the playerbase for good even before the Red Garden update. I'm feeling a little discouraged by that sentiment ngl.
