Star n Dew By Me is a Meguru event, Movers is a Hiori event. Individual commuus aren't as important for Illumine so you can do them at your leisure. I know Mano and Hiori have some stuff up, but I think Meguru translations are pretty dead which is the hard part. To give you enough context for Star n Dew By Me, Meguru was bullied as a kid for being American and still feels out of place everywhere she goes, so she became a people pleaser to make friends which means none of Illumine ever had real friends before meeting each other.
