She has absolutely busted levels of NP refund. She's the ST equivalent of Surf Mo in that regard. Giga Chad Orion is more of a niche servant for gameplay purposes, he's a soloer and a grail front ace who does big dick crit damage instead of NP spam. His crits are HUEG though.
