D: Wife however has buffs that happen whether or not she is the one using B1. 13.55% pierce damage when entering full burst, useful for either RH or Alice, the meta DPS for killing the boss, and a 5.06% attack damage buff activated off of her just hitting full charged shots, and of course a sniper rifle is going to do more damage than an SMG.

If you have the rest of the meta comp, Liter is straight up garbage in campaign in comparison to D unless you have a very specific use case (mini boss that appears at the very beginning and can't be killed without her buff) but even then you then have to contend with the 5-8 seconds of being pounded afterwards while you wait for burst cooldown. At the highest pow diff you won't survive this unless its a very easy stage.
