Is it ever better to Slash Dash with my regular melee instead of Exalted Blade? I've seen if you have Magistar, it can use Blood Rush and an Arcane. But EB can proc elements, like Heat+Archon Vitality, which seems better than pure slash after the armor changes. I don't have the Magistar Incarnon yet to try it.
