Even if you can voice them with a person or even AI, you'd have to have the animations to fit it or it'll look weird. That will be a big challenge I think for custom modules with custom characters. One approach could even be going backwards, back to the old crpg method, static portrait and text. But BG3 fans wouldn't like that. That will be a tough one, probably the biggest challenge, more than making levels and even scripting events.
