What is the glass shards anomaly called? First time i saw it i thought something was fishy, so i decided to throw some bolts into it. Didnt know it bleeds until i accidentally walked into later down the line. Glad my times playing stalker mods taught me to not just sprint everywhere

I ran into a few artifact areas in the world, sensor beeps, but it doesn’t light up and the artifact doesn’t appear. I even returned to one after someone told me to go there, and it all worked as usual. Bug or am I retarded?
