However it's not a completely pointless weapon, it has a niche on big crit AA builds like it would on more vanilla servers. I think the big boost that gunslinger class could use, is more slots on weapons. Having to use a Lever action or Branch over Long barrel, Carbine and so on, feels unintentionally limiting. That said, I love the ice pick effect on tracking and wouldnt trade it! When you deal from 25k to 50k damage in a single shot (depending on target), it's pretty satisfactory! Even more if there's someone to lex targets.

Anything with ranged damage will end you very quickly unless you're willing to chug pots, which in 99/100 cases won't be worth it for the crap that they drop. Atroce is about the peak of the solo MVP potential for a GS.As for what gunslinger "needs" it's not as simple as just adding more slots or buffing weapon stats. It's plenty strong right now and could easily survive as is, but if dev is willing to hear me out I have an idea in the works that could strengthen the weaker aspects of GS without touching it's current power cap (unless he wants to buff them). I just need a bit more time to figure out how to word the pitch.

I believe I've found a fix for the issue we've been having, where 3rd Job Sprites(non-jRO) were displaying colors in the wrong parts of the body. On the left is what it looks like right now, and on the right what it should look like. As you can see, it's completely broken. I'll be sending this fix soon.If you wear a 3rd Job skin, your character will look different, but you'll notice that the quality and variety of colors will improve massively.
