Okay there is one thing I can't stand in this game, and that is that skill outfits are region locked. I see no reason why I shouldn't be able to play as Momo anywhere I want and I see little reason I shouldn't be able to use the float flower skill anywhere. There are photography filters that do convert the DSLR into fully fledged IR-only camera by limiting all other spectrums except for IR, but literally nobody needs those except for astrographyfags that actually bother with limiting other spectrums because of the separation between the stars and the space dust that occurs when you change which spectrum you're trying to catch on photo.
