Every zone and weather basically needs a super amazing support that can spam it for EX to work. Sun has Morty and Water has Kris. But with Fairy you're just fucked. Since Mina sets it once when she syncs until you have her at 10/5 to get another one from rain. SS Wally can spam zone but then your team has zero damage outside of sync.So realistically you just run Lacey with Gladion and then dont touch the zone until he is ready to do a big buddy move. But even that is fucking weird since her buddy move is tied to movement acceleration and she has to use it for self buffs.
