I'm good at keeping my room clean and I did some reorganizing of my furniture, also changed my bed to a double bed (even if the mattress is still the same, but it's so big it already takes some 3/4ths of the bed). I'm trying to believe a psychologist would help since I already finished with neuropsychology and psychiatry. These meds and diagnoses are cool and all, but they can't help with the constant and never-ending feeling of dread in my heart that freezes me up when I want to write! (or work/study too, but I care more about writing.)
