If simplexes are more common, the price goes down but you can sell more. If simplexes are less common, you sell less but the price per sale goes up. The only way to make heist less profitable without removing simplexes outright is to have more people running heist, so the price goes down due to increased supply but you personally aren't selling more. So adding qol to heist actually is inherently a nerf.
