After you finally capture enough provinces to actually start making more armies you can directly skip them for Tzar Guard who are better overall at holding the line with the only downside being they dont have the pistol the others do but those pistols so fuck all for damage, Ice Guard and Tzar Guard units together are great as are the War Bear Riders but to get there takes a bit.

The name of the game for Greenskins is just throw your shitstacks at things with WAAAAGHs and lose most of your army until you can finally recruit some subpar late game units (compared to other armies) that wont die all the time.
