The most awkward part about the new UDK is the target switching. You always need to have a dread plague on something to trigger sudden doom so you need to either cast outbreak or putrefy whenever you switch targets. This is OK when you're fighting a couple of very strong elites with big health pools, but fighting a large numbers of weaker mobs is pure ass. Even in situations where you have a gorillion weak mobs that should be deleted by casting epidemic, you STILL need to have a dread plague up since sudden doom boosts your epidemic damage. Switching targets in such a situation is so ass I don't even bother with having a dread plague up, just ensure I have a virulent plague on all of the mobs and then spam epidemic and scourge strike.
