Am I wrong for saying Venator is insanely OP? I haven't played a game yet as him, however, reading his kit and messing around with him in the lobby is crazy. He has so many options, such a good kit, and has crazy bonuses like low HP executes, stuns and immobilization, blessed attacks, a solid m1, etc. Rather, what I'm asking is, how the fuck do game devs design characters like this? Why do they develop characters that are just (thing) but better. Why are there some characters that suck such ass in comparison? It's like school-ground level thinking "I have (good ability)!" "oh yeah well I have (good ability but even better)!" You've got some characters like Pocket who is strong but you NEED to buy items, play well, survive, and be good. I don't think they should lean more into her being like Vyper. Rather they should focus on the feral/lycanthropy angle. When she got kicked out of the Baroness I don't want it to be because she was too drunk or whatever, I want it to be because she lost control of her curse. Otherwise it feels like the werewolf thing is just incidental rather than a defining feature. The alcoholism and such should just be a result of it.
