I just realized why these types of games appeal to me so much. There's a moment during the new story where the main character is like "oh I should say hi to them before I go to bed" when in reality I would never think to do that because I always feel like I'm annoying people and unwanted despite the fact I've never been expressly told that's the case. Even when I do interact with people I always make sure to give them space and a break afterwards like a sort of "cool down" period. But in these games the character is so confident in the fact people just want to talk to them and be around them, it's refreshing and something I envy.
