anyone have any ideas on how I can improve my GUI layout for my engine? (Raylib, SDL2, ODE)in this screenshot you can see that the cylinder gameEntity is selected in the object heirarcy, and it has a child entity called cube, and you can see that the cylinder entity has a Renderer, Trigger and Network component enabled. All the menubar items are expanded, and you can see that the Cutscene tool is enabled, but will not function because the selected cylinder does not have the cutscene component enabled on it.its pretty plain to see that I used my experiance with unity as my inspiration for the layout.
