The whole game so far feels like most the non-meta, non-weird aspects of the narrative are pretty focused on her slow journey from Dark Knight/Mean Girl to Paladin/Sweet (but still cool) Girl. Ralsei too, to a lesser extent, a lot of the narrative's about him discovering who he even really is or what he wants to be. There's a lot of theories about him shifting a bit 'meaner/more selfish' as Susie does the opposite but I'm not getting that from him at all so far, maybe 'braver and more confident' which could still lead to him being more of an offensive mage or whatever by the end, but he seems to genuinely sincerely enjoy being a girly cutesy femboy so idk how much that might change.Kris... it's not even about seeing how they are at their most comfortable but seeing how they are at all. I STILL strongly feel the same feeling I've had ever since chapter 1 was new that the 'truest'/ best route will end up being replaying the game after finishing it and learning as much about Kris as possible, in a way that's the most "Kris-like". Though since Toby's so concerned about even the smoothest brain being able to fully enjoy his games I doubt he'll hide the 'best ending' behind this anymore unless the game REALLY holds your hand about it, sadly, when I was hoping it'd be more like a careful, thoughtful replay with maybe small cues and clues on how 'hot or cold' you are as far as earning Kris's trust.Berdly's another simple one, yes he has anxiety but everything so far points to him sincerely being a gamer nerd meme and that's who he really is at 'full comfort' minus pretending to be smart. Though he does seem genuinely brave and caring when things get down to the wire in Chapter 2 though, I'd like to see more of that if we get a chance.
