RM is good in the mid game where you try your best to get the most out of your few E1 and E2 ops to clear the boss while making sure to also make enough of all production demands and not get overrun by spawners. The start with a bunch of E0s is weak because there's no skills or utility usable there to work with and the late game is standard AK gameplay but killing the same enemies over and over. That middle part is where they should try to have things be based around.
