okay I think I have it figured outI thought that players are allowed any modlist. However it seems that only mods the host had active are allowed. Players don't need all of them to play, but they can't bring their own which were not allowed by the host beforehand.It's dumb. Ughhhh I'm having some performance problems with my list and I don't know which is causing the biggest problems, I get slight freezes when the faction bases load on world gen, plus also I get sudden multi-second freezes during game for some unknown reasons.
