It doesn't make sense to judge Nicole's kit the same way as Escoffier's for Skirk, Lauma for Nefer, Ineffa for Flins, or Linnea for Zibai.Finally, we get a global support who boosts and carries nearly all attack-scaling DPS to 90-120k, unlike Xilonen, who was a global support at the cost of having a very limited kit in buffs, and the community is doompiloting her because, in my opinion, it's used to so many dedicated supports.She is NOT designed for Varka; she has as much synergy with him as with 20 other characters; her only real limitation is that to fully activate her set, she needs another Hexerei character, but luckily we have Sucrose, Fischl, Durin, Albedo, Mona as extremely flexible off-fielders.
