I don't recall konatsu harboring any romantic feelings towards yuuhi, he was just a very close friend. As far as mizuhi goes kageaki wasn't there to witness her gangrape, he only saw her about to die. Yes her death had an impact on him and helped reaffirm his faith in his step mothers beliefs that you dont need to kill to bring about change. However the main events of the story and the main source of his trauma is him being forced to kill his step mother due to muramasas law of balance. If narahara intended for her to be a heroine she would've been one. But she wasn't and instead a plot device just like Hikaru
