Well there's something I'm not getting here because this is literally a blank texture. It's just a 1k transparent square. The female body seems to be a nevernude UNP actually that uses your argonian textures. The heads and hands and feet seem to use argonian textures straight out of the box.

If your VRAM usage is fine, try running script benchmarks to see if there's any heavy mods. Check your physics settings and skin textures. Consider switching to CS or at least benchmarking it if you're using an ENB. You WILL run into bottlenecks eventually, the only real solution is to either sell a kidney for the best hardware (which too will fail in time) or remove mods you don't actively use (I'd bet money on there being a few dozen in your LO)
