The Tornado also allows you to skip everything, and makes it even easier than the other characters to do so. He is also the only character without the Homing Attack, and while I prefer for him not to have it, to me it feels like the game is fundamentally designed to have it even when playing as him. I'm glad that he is playable, but I enjoyed Amy and (post-update) Knuckles more, and I prefer his gameplay in other 3D games.
