And even at E0 Himeko, the fundamental problem of a lack of targets remains. For PF or AoE fights she could bring in a little value if you want to boost your pre-existing E2S1 Herta more.

To get max value from everything (THerta's energy regen, Himeko's Decimation, Tribbie's energy regen) you want perma 5 targets. And that's only doable in PF right now, and in there it's overkill at high Himeko investment. If you could pull this off everywhere, with a full fast Eagle team (or at least Tribbie/Welt, maybe Himeko even) and DDD on Tribbie, I think the machine could be running quite efficiently AV-wise and damage wise, assuming no SP issues in practice. But unfortunately, no way to force 5T.I'm thinking about pulling E0 Himeko for my E2S1 Herta for PF pretty much, and some AoE encounters, and try the Tribbie/Welt duo in those. Doll Herta is showing her weakness already and Anaxa is just useless in PF, and a one-cost improvement for the toughest side shouldn't bankrupt me. But that's because I love Herta, so I'm willing to keep pushing with her.

So I just defeated Fulwish, and I can't help but feel like that Himiko got cheated out of her own story. They should have had way more interactions together due to their history, and I also feel like it would have made for a much better and potentially more emotional fight

Himeko's looking like another sustainless merchant. Issues with this are that A) her survivability is naturally low and B) she's unlikely to get a very synergistic sustainReally seems like THerta 2.0 to me. Maybe with less reliance on target count, which could help going forward, but the AoE aspect does reflect in her damage numbers which will then be less impressive in single target fights, and will fall off as HP continues to inflate.
