Newfag here, I'm at vanquisher with my first character.I've noticed that while I can do combos well in training, I tend to melt and fuck them up in a real fight.I've also noticed it doesn't really matter if I totally fumble and drop combos (at least at this level), because more often than not just by blocking, countering, timing correctly, doing lots of little attacks you can still win against someone who can flawlessly combo but lacks that general awareness...There are some characters that are a massive pain though. Kuni and Steve are too fast with combos and I can't seem to break out of being stunned once they get a hit in, some Lili players can just keep you locked against a wall or corner, Yoshimitsu is generally annoying, Clive just feels stupidly overpowered...
