The Beat is incredibly light, and centre engine, so it's naturally a very good platform to build on. it also has a lot of engine options, like motorcycle engines (which are also very light).so if you imagine the same BHP in a Beat, as some huge 'Murican muscle car, the Beat should have a much higher PI due to being so much lighter and more mechanically balanced, but that won't factor as strongly as one might say perhaps it should. i think some meta is also formed around transmissions or drivetrain parts and which cars have good stock ones, but i don't know about that. since manual gearing can be done fast and optimally, but auto users need to install parts (thus spend PI) to speed up gear changes.
