Gunvolt ran into Moniqa and Xeno right before the credits rolled, and because he was unwilling to explain himself, caused the group to fall apart. With the Dragon Saviors, we see them tackling the dragon radiation issues after GV departs, and then again in ATEMs.So why is that the case? Why NOTHING?

Suicidal Eden soldiers, Tenjian telling you about his past and suiciding himself to protect his sister, the rematch with the G7, and everything else. If you don't unlock the true end, the last fight of the game is Zonda. She's not a malicious person, just misguided. If you understand everything she's saying, it sucks. It's a shame the English translations decide to leave some of the dialog unsubbed, because for some bosses, it greatly characterizes them, and Zonda is one such character. Her damage lines are about reassuring herself and how she needs to guide everyone to paradise. And then her death line is a miserable way of ending the game, terrified and sobbing for Tenjian.

She doesn't do story like Zonda or even Kirin, story happens to her. I kind of wished she did have more negative traits to overcome for character development purposes. It's an issue that many of INTI's modern good girls have. I don't understand it, because Joule's creator knew how to write a sympathetic heroine with negative personality traits to work against, and Tai did it back with Gal*Gun and in the audio dramas. I think that's one of the reasons people make up stuff about her vindictiveness, learned helplessness, or dependency issues. It gives her some spice and something to work against. All of Joule's issues stem from outsiders coming to ruin her life. She has a little bit of jealousy (which gets greatly exaggerated in the 8-4 script), but doesn't have the anger, spite, or close-mindedness issues that GV or Copen have, for instance. Ultimately, she's there to passively support GV and be his "island of peace."
