The best dps HG are DEagle (best ST dps and positioning, mandatory) 93R (best overall dps) Rhino (very high dps) and Px4 Storm (insane dmg when supported). Python Derringer and M327 have good dps but are weaker than the above and need support, GSh-18 is on the lower end but also provides shields, Contender Thunder and CZ75 are bamboos which aren't great for clearing trash, and neither QSB-91 or PA-15 are worth using at all. There's also Unica who generates meatshields, Webley who can't die for the first 8 seconds making her a valuable temporary tank, and Welrod whose awkward tiles are worth the durability.While Rhino's tiles are obnoxious to work with, I've found this to be the highest dps in the sims with some testing, not counting Px4 Storm who is simply busted. You could clump them all up top and put Python/Stechkin at pos4 but then Rhino is forced in the center and you'll have to micro Webley in front so she doesn't die.
