People move the fuck out if they don't have have 3+ established food groups.Now I mass arborists, seems to have mitigated it I think. After a point you will never have enough berries to sustain the food needs, it will never be spread across the city, you need mass stocks, not trickles, at that point foragers become obsolete other than for utility materials like herbs.
