Magnetic Capacity is bad. Magnetic Strafe is alright, but I would usually prefer the increased fire rate from Shotgun Barrage over the magnetic status damage. Magnetic Might is pretty good, but I think most of the adversary pistols prefer Merciless Gunfight and don't have room for Magnetic Might.

11 locations cleared on soloing steel path now lads, it's been a long-ass day.
Most annoying boss fight so far was Zealot, the lantern ran out so fast and he teleported so much that I basically got to hit him once every fourth or so lanter.
The hardest boss fight so far has been the Ropalolyst because the faggot kept flying outside of the range of my amp and it killed me twice in a row because it glitche and kept doing the grab attack on me before the previous grab animation finished so I was basically softlocked.
The most annoying planet so far, the one I'm on right now, Uranus, because holy fuck the underwater sections drag on, I probably couldn't do this shit if I didn't have my mausolon.
But the worst mission type of all is intercept, holy fuck just fuck that shit. Thank God I only have 5 of those fucking things left to do.

In my mind, the benefit of 60-60 mods isn't the status chance specifically but that the status chance enables you to mix a new element without reducing the proc rate of your other elements. Also, I know Crux gets mentioned a lot here, but I can't imagine personally running it over Deadhead or Merciless with generic weapons and situations. I know some shotguns benefit a ton from efficiency, but most of the time killing an enemy in fewer shots with damage % accomplishes a similar goal.

In what scenarios? Heat mods increase the damage of heat status, which matters if you're doing a status build with Crux.

There are quite a few methods of trivializing it; I typically use Gara, because you can pop her wall around one objective and then just not worry about it anymore. Juggling three objectives is a lot easier than juggling four.
