For one, I intended it to be the sort of thing that Russula would keep as a strict "need to know" basis (as in, only the people researching it) instead of sharing the knowledge with the other leaders in the bloc (because my other intention was to have allies turn against Russula if they found out).Personally, I think Russula would've pulled the trigger based on her personal goal of turning as much of Aishiji into Cantharellus. I think that some of it can be attributed to how I wrote my defs (ex. not being clear about how Russula holds a more extreme point of view than the Cantharellus as a whole), which applies in certain other areas as well.I'll likely tweak the card based on this experience when I get around to actually working on the update.In the end, I think Russula can work with biding her time.
