You're giving 1/3 of your characters a small heal that's really only good for graze damage at this point in the game since most enemies are chunking you now. Blue's is useful and it's a weapon you're unlikely to swap at this point. Hat is always valuable because it boosts healing spells effectiveness too. Orange is very situational since not very many enemies get tired statuses, but when they do having earlier access to a group spare is good, is that necessarily better than Green's? Probably not, but it depends on what enemies are in 6 & 7. Green would probably be my third choice, not my first. It might be my fourth if lots of enemies from now on have tired statuses that are easy to get to.
