That's matchmaker trying to keep you online.They aren't trying to keep people at specific ranks or punish players. They're trying to keep people from logging off. That's what EOMM means at its simplest.When people go on ridiculous losing streaks it's likely a combination of a couple forces losses bookended with tilt leading to losses.
