And the only people who still pay any mind to Undertale are, like me, just looking for one more fix of that nostalgic rush as the realities of adulthood make us yearn for those simpler days.And Deltarune... well, nobody wants to say it out and offend any sensibilities, but Chapter 5 was mediocre and left many fans disappointed, myself among them. I think there is a general feeling of malaise because of that. The game is doomed to the issues of bad pacing, lazy character writing, and self-referential humor, and Toby's artistic vision has been compromised somewhere in going from the simplicity and strength of Chapter 1 to... whatever Deltarune even is now.

Perhaps they'll be forgotten about again - Susie didn't care in the slightest that Kris's dad was just abducted by the Knight in front of them.I don't see why so many Chapter 5 defenders get this belligerent. There really isn't anything worth getting upset over, one way or another. It wasn't a trainwreck, but it also was hardly a masterpiece or even that memorable. It's definitely going to be an even bigger slog to replay than Chapter 2, and the lack of narrative movement has just passed yet more of the burden of rallying this game's story and characters onto Chapter 7.(also suselle sux!!!1)

When I linked my finished Noita mod last week, I was using my real Steam account, and I was half worried people would poke me there it's been chill thus far.To find a friend you either gotta put yourself out there to be seen by others, or reach out to those who already have. I'm normally totally willing to add people and be the one to start conversations but it's not like I can do that here. That's one of the nice parts of 4chan, since being anonymous gives you a lot of freedom and safety, but the trade off is you are going to struggle to form any lasting friendships. That's part of the reason I try to be friendly to people here, cause they could be one of the many anons here I actually like, even if there's no way of knowing.

Toby Fox was really brave that big reveal of chapter 6 was that Dess died in that horrible accident 4 years ago.Other writers would have waited until the last page of their novel to reveal something so groundbreaking unexpected.

If anything, I don't like those scenes because of Flowery's entire approach, I'd respect him more if he kept being a dick the entire chapter instead of the whole "aww but I pick on you because I love you" schtick. Feels like Ralsei gets spoonfed the lesson instead of learning it himself.
