You can just posthouse to do level 30 skirmishes and level up and trivialize the entire game instantly. Another is that I actually like how autolevel/late recruiting only uses commoner growths, as it's like classic FE- but I can imagine it will make some very frustrating optimization. The game will also gain the Elden Ring issue, you have no reason to go to certain dungeons or locations anymore once you know exactly where every item is, which means the map becomes more of an exact planned route and you'll likely end up with wasted turns.
