I play on raven, and it runs smooth, and i dont ever see bots or chinese, which is nice. However, it is a little lonesome since forever opened up, and that also makes the economy a little wonky. A part of me is holing out for numbers to go back up a little once that hype dies down a bit. I'm still hopeful, and I have one good friend on the server with me - which is enough for most of the time.If you're not in a hurry, and if you are worried that the server is dead or you missed the train: just know that I'm out there leveling slowly. Here's my unbiased review of both turtle clones after having leveled a character on each to 40. To begin, I have not noticed any bots on either server.>ravenStable, but empty. Max pop I noticed was mid 600s. Rare to see another player besides in major cities or popular quest hubs. Finding a group for dungeons took at least an hour everytime but I could always find one. No noticeable bugs like pathing issues or glitched mob spawns>octoFor the past 2 months up to a week and a half ago the server was very unstable. With uptime hours usually being a few hours. This has changed for the better a week and a half ago with the average uptime being 3-4 days now before another "ddos." The population is has great with 2k+ people always online, with some dips after a crash. Can see players everywhere in the world at multiple level ranges. Dungeon groups are quick to find. Noticeable pathing issues and glitched mob spawns but never became a big hinderance. I dont care for the 25 quest limit change so no opinion on thatIf raven could get to 1.5k pop, I would easily choose there to play. But I hate never seeing other players leveling as it kills the mmo experience for me, so I will be sticking to octo despite its issues.
