It's good to have it on one weapon, but you should apply your damage types thoughtfully.Toxin damage bypasses shields, but not armor resistance. It's not worth using unless it's a part of a bigger scheme. I haven't tested the Cedo build that you posted, but the toxin weighting is very low. You might have trouble maintaining the effectiveness of Primary Blight, because most of the damage is Magnetic damage. Usually, these Primary Blight set-ups also involve synergy with Warframe abilites, like Toxic lash or Cyte's resupply. Crux/deadhead/merciless will do more in a generalist build.Heat damage halves enemy armor and applies damage over time. It's very good as a general use damage type. Heat + viral + crits is a meme because it works. If you have Fortuna reputation, you can buy mods from there that allow your companion to spread status effects, and putting heat + viral on your weapons is less useful, because your companion will do it.
