I've been data collecting many of the players both here and the other general for nearly two years now. For as well as many of the platoons hide it, I've been able to confirm that most of the platoons originating from the two generals all have separate discord groups for select and longstanding members. Invites received through DM after some form or another of vetting. Platoons having limited access discord servers is not at all new information as two units in /gflex/ alone have been proven publicly by others but I have noticed that it is nearly fully unmentioned that a platoon not having a discord server is the exception insofar as I have been able to discern. Yet it seems this fact is either largely unknown or obtusely ignored. Both options are curious, all things considered.
