I wanted to do a comparison of AC0 that came with AC8 versus in PCSX2. I noticed that when in 16:9 mode the framing of Pixie's FMV is correctly centered instead of aligned on the top, but it's weirdly frame blended to fake 60fps. The "For after all what is a man in nature?" text in the loading screen after choosing loadout goes by in about 4 seconds, so it's kind of hard to read all the text in time. The terrain in the missions normally have a dynamic tessellation going on so that its only at high detail up close, but in the PC version the terrain is just at full fidelity at all times. Weirdly, when you first get control of the aircraft the camera/HUD sort of tilts into place, and at rest the camera and part of the HUD are positioned lower on the screen than the original, causing your reticle to not be centered on the screen like it should be. Subtitle text in FMV and in-game gets bilinear filtered to smooth it. Hard to display some of this stuff well in a 4MB VP9 WebM but I did what I could.
