For example Tobias will never not be a slow, tanky, high strength unit doubled by everybody so you should always run him through the warrior/fortress knight lines so you can maximize his oneshot with weapon art gimmick then facetank everything.But Ninae (and Mu) are unique in that you can make them into anything but unlike Ninae, Mu has a chance to actually be naturally good at that thing since her growths actually change depending on her equipped weapon in her later levels.
