Personally I prefer Azeroth Pilot Reloaded. It's the same thing, but instead of a list of steps displayed on the screen it only displays the current step so it doesn't take up a huge portion of your screen, and it's 100% free so you can update it via curseforge without having to redownload it from some guys ownedcore post any time they update it, which will be a lot when forever releases since they don't have any 30-60 data beyond the classic leveling.

Healers heal as much as is demanded by the boss tuning. If bosses are easy then healers should be expected to do damage. This is currently XIV's problem as even the hardest content (which xivtroons will pretend is in any way comparable to mythic cutting edge) has no unavoidable raid wide damage (as everything is telegraphed and avoidable with movement) and tanks all have really good self healing. But this has been the case in every single wow expansion? Remember vanilla isnt hard, you were just shit. WoW mechanics generally encourage healing with raid wide damage and big hit mechanics so healers usually have to precast heals for incoming damage, but even in Mythic raids on retail healers are expected to be doing damage. In vanilla dungeons healers are expected to wand while generating mp5 and people are at full health.

Healers should aim to be parsing 99 healing and blue/purple damage.
