You have to survive in a town together with 40 people. Gather supplies, avoid zombies. It's a game like urban dead but less action points, maybe 5 min of gameplay per day. But it has a lot of mechanics and items.

Towns survive for about 5 - 10. People die when you don't have enough defenses or get stuck outside. So overtime everyone dies.
You can be offline for 3 days before you die of thirst. If you want to play with a friend you just have to join the same town. It usually takes two or three days before towns are full.

You actually don't need to unlock anything. Let's say I have all the cards and you don't, we share card pools. You might get some of the cards I've unlocked in your shop, and vice versa. The only downside is that you can't "uncheck" cards you haven't unlocked.
