Your character can age, rebirth, eat food and gain weight, play and custom make music, and so much more. You can be anything and do anything all at once with no downsides. New and old mabi suck, Maplestory 2 sucked too.Mabi world is essentially Dunbarton + teleport to where you want. This is the same thing as MS2 except in MS2 there were trophies and chests to find unique to the like 200 maps. Both worlds are largely empty and underused however. Both also nerfed open world mob grinding to be useless.Life sim is better in Mabi, this is clear. MS2 didn't even have proper gathering or crafting the basics.

Mabinogi has, hands down, one of the absolute best character personalization systems in any MMO ever. You can easily spend a day in Dunbarton and see thousands of characters that you'd recognize just by their avatar alone. No other game comes close.Unfortunately, it's looking more and more like that's ALL that Mabinogi has at this point.

Obviously easier said than done, but the game was in a pretty decent spot when GBHM was the hardest content.Idk how to get rid of the alt account/alt issue, I'm sure others have better ideas but that's also a major problem because the game already asks for so much to be done on one character.
They should have just embraced the game being anime runescape instead of chasing ff14, there would have been alot more reason to just keep all the systems as is
