Linoone is pretty much fine if they made Extreme Speed part of its regular movepool (instead of just an event generations ago), but since they do care a miniscule amount about singles (don't tell me they made Heavy Duty Boots for BSS or VGC) it'd have to be a very minor buff to its stats not to over power it. Maybe give it the Rhyperior treatment.
